Brass turned parts
Using state-of-the-art and high-precision single and multi-spindle machines, we manufacture precision brass turned parts in different alloys such as the proven CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N) and CuZn40Pb2 (CW617N).
We are perfectly equipped for implementation of the current drinking water regulations and compliance with the statutory provisions (UBA list published by the Federal Environmental Agency). It goes without saying that we also manufacture brass turned parts made of low-lead and lead-free alloys such as CuZn42 (CW510L, Low Lead) and CuZn21Si3P (CW724R, Ecobrass or Cuphin) and dezincification-resistant brass such as CuZn38 (CW511L) and CuZn33Pb1, 5AlAs (CW626N).
Our brass turned parts range from traditional, automated turned parts to complex, precision turned parts.
We can manufacture turned parts in sizes between Ø 3-85 mm (off the shelf) and 220 mm (chuck).
